Muscle Recruiting ("we", "us") helps commercial truck drivers find job opportunities with trucking companies (carriers). This page explains what information we collect, why, and who sees it.
Information we collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method and time.
- Qualifications: CDL class, endorsements, driving experience, driving record, DOT drug test status, and US work authorization.
- Job preferences: job and freight types, pay expectations, home time, preferred and avoided regions, equipment and benefits preferences, and any notes you add.
- Documents, if you choose to add them: pictures or PDF files of your CDL and of your DOT medical card.
- If a recruiting partner submits your details, we also record who submitted them.
How we use it
- To review your profile and match you with carriers that fit your preferences.
- To contact you about relevant job opportunities.
- To share your profile, and your CDL and medical card pictures if you added them, with a carrier, but only after we have reviewed it and only with carriers we are matching you to.
- To keep business records, such as which carrier received a candidate and the result.
Who sees it
Your information is visible to Muscle Recruiting staff, to the carriers we send your profile to, and to the recruiting partner who referred you (who sees your name and the status of your application, but not your documents). We do not sell your personal information.
If you ask to become a recruiting partner
On our "Postani partner" page we ask for the name of your company or sole proprietorship, the name of a contact person, an email address, a phone number, your legal form, how you reach drivers, an optional message, and which link you came from (for example, a link in an Instagram profile). We use this only to review your request and to contact you about a partnership. Only Muscle Recruiting staff see it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we do not want
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank details, or other sensitive financial information through our forms. The document fields are only for pictures of your CDL and your medical card.
Storage and retention
Information is stored in our access-protected business systems. Pictures and PDF files you add are kept in a private folder that only Muscle Recruiting staff can open. We keep it for as long as it is needed for recruiting purposes or required by law, and then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing muscle.recruiting@gmail.com.
